OUR LEADERSHIP
José N. Falcón Figueroa
José is a recognized business leader in the construction industry in the area of Occupational Safety and Health (OS&H) (29 C.F.R. § 1926.1 et seq.) and industry in general (29 C.F.R. § 1910.1 et seq.) were he is certified as a consultant. He has a Masters in Project Management and has had vast experience in the field. Prior to establishing Safety Business Solutions, he served as Deputy Assistant Secretary for OS&H policy implementation under federal Community Disaster Recovery Block Grant (CDBG-DR) funds. Within policy, he carried out orientations before starting the reconstruction work. About 5,000 contractor employees were guided to conduct sound management for safety compliance under the CDBG-DR program. His solid experience in OS&H has been part of the success story for recovery in Puerto Rico. In private companies he has implemented procedures and policies in construction projects and for manufacturing facilities. His business solution is based on the principles of Integrity, Responsibility, Punctuality, Commitment, Efficiency and Personalized Attention. He is fully committed to supporting companies to comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations (Law 16). For José, safety is life!!!
